![]() In a giant nutshell, Dillard’s is unprecedentedly behind the times in every way possible. To get the 25% employee discount, employees are required to apply for a Dillard’s credit card. PTO does not start accruing until the one-year mark. ![]() ![]() The “benefits” are not actual benefits in health, dental, or vision. In recent months, despite the extreme understaffing, hours have been cut and new hire pay has scaled back from $18-25 hourly to $18-20. The only ones that seem to get promoted are those that are biased favorites or those who drink or get high on their lunch break to complete the second half of their shift obliterated. The lack of direction from anyone results in a lack of goals, yet employees are expected to meet ghost numbers. ![]() This location stays severely understaffed, despite an average day seeing less than 50 customers come through the building. With a 90-day turnover topping 95%, most new employees immediately realize the incompetence of how the store is run by each management level and leave without even putting a notice in. This particular Dillard’s is comprised of an uneducated, unreliable, unsupportive, and untrained team of aimless adults that serve no purpose to the growth of the store. ![]()
